4. Content You Create
- You retain ownership of any code, projects, or content you create on Prism.
- By publishing content to the gallery, you grant Prism a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users on the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your shared content is appropriate for a platform used by children.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate for our young user base.
5. AI-Powered Features
- AI features are provided for educational purposes only. AI responses may not always be accurate.
- AI interactions are moderated for child safety. Attempting to bypass these safeguards is a violation of these Terms.
- AI usage is rate-limited. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary restrictions.
- Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions. Always verify what you learn with trusted sources.
6. Code Execution
- Code execution on Prism happens in a sandboxed browser environment. You agree not to attempt to escape or circumvent this sandbox.
- Do not write code intended to harm, exploit, or disrupt the platform or other users' experience.
- Shared code must be appropriate for a children's educational platform. Code containing offensive language, harmful instructions, or inappropriate content will be removed.
7. Platform Rules
- No bullying or harassment — Treat all users with respect. Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind will result in account suspension.
- No impersonation — Do not pretend to be someone you're not.
- No spam — Do not publish repetitive, meaningless, or promotional content.
- No cheating — Do not manipulate your progress data or claim credit for work that isn't yours.
8. Consequences of Violation
If you violate these Terms, we may:

- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently ban your account
- Remove content you've published
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
9. Disclaimer
- Prism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors.
- Educational content is provided for learning purposes and may contain errors. We encourage verifying concepts with additional trusted sources.
- While we implement safety measures, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content will be perfectly appropriate at all times. Parental supervision is encouraged.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (if any).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of Prism after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
